How to Maintain a Shockproof Pressure Gauge?
It is inevitable that there will be problems during the use of seismic pressure gauges. How to maintain after the problem appears? The following will explain to you.

1. The anti-shock pressure gauge is operated once every three months for first-level maintenance:

1.1 Check the tee cock and water elbow joint to eliminate leaks.
1. 2 Check whether the pressure gauge can return to zero.
1.3 Check and flush the water trap to ensure that it is cleared.
2. The secondary pressure maintenance is performed once after one year of operation:
2.1 Remove the pressure gauge, send it to the measurement department for verification and seal it.
2.2 Assemble and inspect the water storage elbow, and the wire buckle should be intact.

2.3 Assemble and inspect the tee plug, and grind the sealing surface to ensure tightness and no leakage.
2.4 Reservoir elbow, tee plug to remove rust and paint.
3. Replacement of seismic pressure gauges during use:
When the pressure gauge is found to be out of alignment during operation, it must be replaced in time. The operation method is as follows:
3.1 The pressure gauge to be replaced must be a pressure gauge with a lead seal verification period that has passed the verification by the metrology department or a new gauge with a certificate of delivery.
3.2 Before changing the meter, the three-way cock must be screwed to the position of the pressure gauge to flush the dirt in the water trap.
3.3 Turn the three-way cock to the position where the water storage elbow stores water. Remove the old gauge with a wrench and replace it with a new pressure gauge.
3.4 Turn the three-way cock to the normal working position and put the new watch into operation.
Observe the two plates of the seismic pressure gauge, one is the material and the other is the oil inside.
