Diaphragm pressure gauges are mainly used to measure the pressure of fluid media in the production process of industrial sectors such as petrochemical, alkali making, chemical fiber, dyeing, pharmaceutical, food, sanitary system, and alkali making. Diaphragm pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the medium pressure of strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy to crystallize, easy to solidify, solid floating matter, and to avoid the measurement medium directly entering the universal pressure instrument and preventing the accumulation of sediment and easy cleaning

Diaphragm pressure gauge installation recommendations:

1. It is recommended to choose the pressure range of the pressure gauge, which should be selected within 1/3 to 2/3 of the pressure gauge dial.

2. The detection pressure must not exceed the pressure of the gauge or system.

3. Avoid the mixture of oxygen and hydraulic oil (the pressure needs to be banned from testing) to avoid explosion due to the Diesel effect.

4. The pressure gauge cannot be dismantled, repaired, and adjusted arbitrarily. It must be performed by a professional maintenance technician.

5. When using a high-pressure system, pay special attention to the installation, especially the air pressure.

6. The pressure gauge should be installed in a place that is easy to read, firm, and free from vibration sources.

7. If the use environment and the medium temperature is too high, should choose a high-temperature resistant pressure gauge or siphon to cool down.

8. If the pressure medium to be tested is corrosive (strong acid or alkali) or high concentration of fluids and powders, a pressure gauge or diaphragm pressure gauge with anti-corrosive material (SS316, PP) should be selected.

9. Before assembly, taper screws (PT, NPT) should be wrapped with anti-leakage tape or thread fixative (hypoxic glue), and parallel screws (PF, PS) should use gaskets or (copper or Teflon).

10. When installing the upright pressure, the pressure gauge should be gently rotated by hand into the position to be locked, and then two correct wrenches should be used, one fixed to the hexagonal joint to be locked, and the other wrench to rotate the pressure gauge hex. Tighten everywhere.

11. Install the embedded pressure timer. After completing the same actions as 10 items, fix the pressure gauge flange with three holes or take out the bracket.

12. It is forbidden to rotate the pressure gauge by hand to assemble it. This will cause damage to the internal parts of the pressure gauge or cause indication errors.

13. It is forbidden to squeeze the diaphragm part of the diaphragm pressure gauge with any object or fingers. This will cause the diaphragm to be deformed or damaged, and the pressure gauge will be blocked.

14. After the installation is completed, if the machine is running and testing, you should pay attention to various pressure adjustment equipment of the pressure source. It should be adjusted to zero first, and then the required pressure should be adjusted after startup to avoid the instantaneous pressure exceeding the surface pressure after startup. , Resulting in damage to the pressure gauge.

15. The pressure gauge needs to be checked and calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of the pressure gauge. The calibration period is set according to the requirements. Generally, it is recommended once a year.
