The diameter of pressure gauge dial: It can be the diameter of the pressure gauge shell by default. Generally, the commonly used ones are 40MM, 50MM, 63MM, 75MM, 100MM, 150MM, and 200MM.
Pressure gauge shell material: General pressure gauge shell material will have ABS plastic shell pressure gauge, copper shell pressure gauge, polypropylene shell pressure gauge, carbon steel shell pressure gauge (iron shell pressure gauge), 304 stainless steel pressure gauge, specific pressure gauge Material selection can be based on the actual use of the environment to choose the pressure gauge shell material.
The connection method of the pressure gauge is divided into axial pressure gauge (back connection pressure gauge), radial pressure gauge (bottom connection pressure gauge), etc., according to the specific situation, if the panel is installed, the axial flange can choose the front flange There are fixing brackets on the side or the back, and the radial flange can choose the front flange side or the rear fixed side and so on.
Pressure gauge pressure measurement medium: There are generally only two (standard) wetted materials for the pressure gauge, namely copper alloy and 316 stainless steel. A common use of seals (the role of chemical seals is to effectively prevent the measurement medium from contacting the measurement element without affecting the pressure measurement element to the medium pressure gauge measurement, thereby protecting the measurement element and also extending the life of the measurement element).
Pressure gauge liquid filling: In some environments where mechanical vibration is relatively large, the commonly used multi-pressure gauge dials are filled with liquid. In fact, the main function of these liquids is to increase resistance and effectively prevent the constant vibration of the pressure gauge pointer. In this way, the pressure value can be read very accurately, and it is generally used near the pump or in an environment with strong vibration.
The medium temperature of pressure gauge: The measuring medium temperature of general copper alloy measuring elements is up to +80 degrees, and the stainless steel pressure gauge is +200 degrees. But if the pressure gauge you choose is a liquid-filled shock-resistant pressure gauge, the maximum temperature of the medium at this time can only reach +100 degrees. If the temperature is too high, but it is also shock-resistant, the method we use is condensation bending.
Range of pressure gauge: Since the pressure gauge is through the deformation of the measuring element, the pointer is rotated by the amplifying mechanism to display the pressure value, we should also pay attention when selecting the measurement range, the maximum pressure measured in general is the range of the pressure gauge 3/4 or 2/3 is the most ideal. If you select a large value, the change of the pointer will be small, and the pressure value readout will be inaccurate. If it is small, the pressure gauge will be damaged due to overload.
